If you’re unable to make a payment by your scheduled due date, we may be able to set you up with a payment plan.
There are two options available if you know you won’t be able to make a payment on the due date. You may only use one option at a time and they are separate from your monthly bills:
You can extend your scheduled payment date up to 10 days from the original due date. You’re able to extend one bill payment at a time. This can only be applied to individual bills and not the total account balance.
Deferred payment plan
You must make an initial payment upfront and pay off the rest in installments. The initial payment must be:
- You’ll need to make an initial payment of 50% of the outstanding balance today. The remaining amount can be scheduled within the next 30 days
A switch hold will be placed on your meter until you complete the deferred payment plan.
